Great service, fast delivery, and quality products

Another one of those places where the reviews are 4-5 Stars = fake review or 1-2 stars = real reviews. It´s an old scam.
The reply below is standard response to give the impression to you that they care. They don´t.

I bought a some stuffs on aboutyou. And one of them i sent back and wanted to get my money back. On web page it is written that in 14 days we will get our money back. But it didn't happen. I sent them e-mail about the situation, and first they wanted my client number, after that order number, after that sent me the paper and wanted me to scan and sign it (not digitally, they are NOT accepting digitally signed documents). So in the end i could not get money back and just gave up. Would never suggest this page!

Terrible customer service.
I am very disappointed with AboutYou.ie customer service. I ordered shoes 3 or 4 weeks ago, my money was deducted, but after that they stayed in the shopping cart - and the money was gone. Also, I did not receive any confirmation letter or order number. I called dozens of times, sent a copy of the bank transfer and each time I was asked to wait 3 days and everything would be fine. But after so much time, I realized it wasn’t good, they didn’t waste their time at all on customers and said they couldn’t help anyone. I wasted an infinite amount of time waiting for an answer and only now they give me back my money and don’t even give me any bonus. I really don’t recommend this store, it’s just a waste of money and time.

On the French website, they promise you a 20% discount code if you subscribe to the newsletter. However, the discount code does not exist, I have contacted the customer service team about the code, and they told me that I would receive the discount code within 48 hours. I thought it was odd and that the customer service was bad because the agent I talked to did not offer me another discount code (Alexandre). It's been 48 hours and guess what... no code and the product I wanted is sold out.
I won't order and I'll make sure to let other people know about my experience. I have worked many years in customer service so I highly recommend that you train your team if you want to get returning customers.

2. no empathy or solution offered by the customer service team, not even a 10% discount code as compensation.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered something off them as the expected delivery time was to be at the latest on the 14th of December, it is now the 21st of December I have not received anything, the customer service stated that the latest this product would arrive would be on the 21st yet it is 9pm and I still have no gotten my order. Customer service also mentioned that they would send me a voucher as compensation on Saturday which I have not received either. Absolutely horrible how they can get away with stating that something will arrive on a certain date and it wont. They are filled with false statements, and get away with breaching consumer rights like it’s a piece of cake. Do not order from this website

I was buying from About You for the first time and I’m really disappointing about the quality... I totally understood that my product came a few days later because they have a lot of work... BUT when my boots came I wore it only once and the material has already peeled off from the boots so I cannot wear it any more! For those prices they have you expect you will get a product you could wear more than once! So disappointed with it!!
